Ben Stanley is originally from Fulton, Mississippi. He attended the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2023. During law school, Ben served for two years on the Board of Advocates and chaired the Intra-School Competitions Committee.
After being admitted to practice in 2023, Ben began working full-time as a practicing attorney in Prattville, Alabama. He joined McDowell, Faulk & Shirley as an attorney in August 2025, where he handles a wide variety of matters, including estate work, real estate, personal injury, family law, and general civil litigation.
When he is not working for his clients, Ben enjoys spending time with his family and is actively involved in his community through his church and various local organizations.
